Looking for something fun and creative for your girl to enjoy this October half term? Join us for our exciting Patch Party Drop-Off Session, running from 10am–1pm! Girls can enjoy a fun-filled few hours getting creative, expressing their individual style and spending time with friends in a welcoming, supportive environment. It’s the perfect opportunity to try something new, build confidence, unleash their creativity and make something unique to take home. With plenty of fun, creativity and friendship, our Patch Party is a wonderful way to keep girls entertained during the school holidays while giving parents a little time to themselves. Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policy Session Fee: per Session **Payment Required to Secure Booking** Booking Policy • All sessions must be booked in advance. • Full payment fee is required at the time of booking to secure your place. • Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received. • Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We are unable to hold spaces without payment. Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change. • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the session will receive either: * A transfer to another available date, or * A credit towards a future session • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable and non-transferable. • No-shows are non-refundable. This policy ensures the group remains sustainable and fair to all families. Waitlist Policy When sessions are fully booked: • Parents may request to join the waitlist. • If a space becomes available, the first family on the waitlist will be contacted. • Payment must be made within 4 hours of the offer to secure the space. • If payment is not received within that time, the place will be offered to the next family. Important Notes • Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future booking priority. • If a session is cancelled by us, a full refund or transfer will be offered.
