Postnatal yoga for rebuilding core strength and pelvic floor function, including posture. involves interactive asanas such as using baby as a gentle weight. Opportunities for tummy time for babies. Intergrating songs and movement to keep baby engaged. Including breath work and relaxation .

Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policy **Session Fee:** £6 per Adult. **Payment Required to Secure Booking** Booking Policy • All sessions must be booked in advance. • Full payment of £6 is required at the time of booking to secure your place. • Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received. • Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We are unable to hold spaces without payment. Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change. • Cancellations made **24 hours or more before the session** will receive either: * A transfer to another available date, or * A credit towards a future session • Cancellations made **less than 24 hours before the session** are non-refundable and non-transferable. • No-shows are non-refundable. This policy ensures the group remains sustainable and fair to all families. Waitlist Policy When sessions are fully booked: • Clients may request to join the waitlist. • If a space becomes available, the first client on the waitlist will be contacted. • Payment must be made within 4 hours of the offer to secure the space. • If payment is not received within that time, the place will be offered to the next client. Important Notes • Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future booking priority. • If a session is cancelled by us, a full refund or transfer will be offered.
